RETURNS, EXCHANGE, AND REIMBURSEMENT PROCESS

Our commitment to your satisfaction

At Hebdraulique, the satisfaction of our customers is our utmost priority. We endeavour to make your every of purchase with us a positive experience. However, we understand that circumstances may sometimes require returning or exchanging an item. Our Return, Exchange, and Reimbursement Policy is included in our Online Terms and Conditions of Sales. In case of divergence between our Online Terms and Conditions of Sales and this webpage, the Online Terms and Conditions of Sales shall prevail.

How to return online orders

For your convenience, you may request the return of items purchased online, for exchange or reimbursement, by email. Your order number is required for any return request. To find your order number, simply refer to your order history on the website.

CONDITIONS

All sales are final. Only returns pre-authorized by Hebdraulique are accepted. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email at web@hebdraulique.ca within 30 days of the purchase date to request a return authorization. Return fees (minimum 15% of sale price) apply.

RETURN FOR REIMBURSEMENT

Here are the steps to request a reimbursement and obtain a return authorization:

  1. Contact Us: Inform our customer service of your desire to return an item by sending an email to web@hebdraulique.ca. A return authorization will be sent to you if applicable.
  2. Packaging: Make sure that the item being returned is in its original packaging, in good condition and resaleable. All returns are subject to inspection. Make sure to include your return authorization in your package.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item is defective or if we have made an error. We recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking to guaranty that the returned product reach us in good condition.
  4. Reimbursement: Once we have received the returned item and the return is approved, we will process your reimbursement within a delay of 14 days. Reimbursement will be made using the initial payment method.

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE

Here are the steps to request an exchange and obtain a return authorization:

  1. Contact Us: Inform our customer service of your desire to exchange an item by sending an email to web@hebdraulique.ca. We will discuss your needs and assist us in the process. A return authorization will be sent to you if applicable.
  2. Packaging: Make sure that the items being returned are in their original packaging, in good condition and resaleable. All returns are subject to inspection. Make sure to include your return authorization in your package.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item is defective or if we have made an error. We recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking to guaranty that the returned product reach us in good condition.
  4. Exchange: Once we have received the returned item and its condition is satisfactory, we will process your exchange shortly. You will be informed of the tracking for your new item.

Items not eligible for return or exchange

Some exceptions apply to our return, exchange, and reimbursement policy. The following items are generally not eligible, except in case of a defect:

  • Used items.
  • Items damaged by abusive or incorrect usage.
  • Items on sale and sold as "final sale".
  • Non-stock items (special orders).
  • Equipment (crimpers, benders, saws, etc.).
  • Custom-made items.
  • Hose and piping assemblies.
  • Flared, bent, and/or cut tube & piping.
  • Machined or modified items.

No returns are accepted beyond a period of one (1) year from the date of sale.

Please note that this list is not exhaustive. Other items may also be excluded from our return, exchange, and reimbursement policy. At any time, Hebdraulique reserves the right to refuse a return at its sole discretion.
